non receipt of paid nursery order

As with many of your customers, I have not received any feedback despite multiple calls ("maibox is full and....") emails and USPS letters. just have the common decency to respond to my attempts to find out the disposition of my order.

How do I get you to return my 5th call ???

Received my order June 3rd. I have a tree that never got buds.

It's been 7 weeks. Watering twice a day. My instructions say to contact you if any die. Two trees lived, one did not.

HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS, YOUR COMPANY SAID THEY WERE GAURANTEED TO GROW. I CAN'T REACH YOU.
